Friendly staff and clean place. The reason I give it a 2 is because I don’t think they’re necessarily the best. I went... in to get hair removed from my sideburn and jawline area. I didn’t have hair major hair growth except a few areas. When I first started treatment they recommended it’s okay to get the laser treatment everywhere along face and neckline because the laser can’t stimulate hair, so it will be okay. I listened to them. They’re the experts, right? In the beginning I loved the treatment. Usually around the 4th week when it was time for another appointment I barely had hair to be lasered off. Towards the end of my treatment I noticed more hair growth all over my face. Technicians said it could be hormones and that to wait and see until the end of the package for results. After my last session I bough an additional 3 sessions because the hair growth was crazy, and the technicians convinced me that it might just take extra sessions for certain people. After that I’ve had crazy hair growth for 2 years, leaving me feeling so insecure. A young woman in her twenties with enough hair to shave like a man. I don’t believe they’re the best because after 2 years of additional research and consultations I found a better clinic that stated laser can stimulate hair growth in those areas we have no hair to thinner hair. They also changed technicians between my sessions. And if you don’t have hair growth after 4 weeks from your session you extend it another week, because why laser an absolutely empty face? You aren’t lasering any follicles. Long post but overall, great people just not the best in the game.read more

Just wanted to say that Brittany was so very patient and understanding during my treatment. She was a trooper during... the hour+ treatment! I know you were ready to go home and start your weekend so thank you very much for helping me tough it out in the best way we could manage.And thank you to Mark for taking me on as a refugee from the other place closing their doors on us! I went to Johns creek location. I never had laser hair removal experience so I was little worried. Shawn explained how... it works and what to be careful of. She was very nice and tried her best to make me feel comfortable during treatment. I can't wait til I see the result after all the treatment. I highly recommend it. I am sure other location will do good as this location.read more

Wow. Just WOW! I came from a friend recommendation and Leah Wansley was super fantastic, honest, delightful, and she... CARES, and does a wonderful job! I can express how happy I am with her and how happy I will be to send more clients her way. She has a strong work ethic and is will to make the client happy at the drop of a dime. Thank you for having such a great employee and please do not let her go or have her leave. If she leaves I will leave. Results have been great even though I was not one of the best candidates for Laser Hair Removal. I have been very happy! - From One Happy Client!read more

Don't hesitate make your appointment. You will not be disappointed. Everyone at this office including the doctor was... friendly and helpful. The doctor takes a lot of time to explain to you the process and what to expect. This office was very patient in assisting me with scheduling issues due to my work schedule. More importantly I love the results and you will too.read more
